I am a Bangladeshi trained medical doctor. Recently I became successful at finding a residency position in America. I am curious to know, is America prospective for trained physicians?

Sorry, I don't understand the question. Where will your residency be?

I think I understand. You have a residency card to stay in the USA as a doctor, correct? I thought you meant you were going through, what we call, residency training. It is a requirement that doctors in the USA train at a hospital for a year (I think) as a "resident". That is why I asked where you will be.

"I am curious to know, is America prospective for trained physicians?" - This question I still don't understand.

Oh, I understand now. But, it's hard for me to answer. I don't have any experience with other systems outside the US and I'm not a doctor. But, I do think, in general terms, that America is a good place for physicians. It's my understanding that insurance can be high, but I think that is offset by fees and physicians grouping together... Good luck.
