So the last week I have had a permanent migraine accompanied by vertigo, which is something I have never had before. So sick of feeling like this. Has anyone ever had this type of reaction with allergies? I have an appointment with an ENT on Monday and one with an allergist on Wednesday, so I am hopeful of some answers.

Sounds like it might be a sinus infection. Thoughts?

Nope it's not a sinus infection, no congestion plus doctor did a CT scan and confirmed no infection. Saw my ENT today and he ran some hearing tests, my hearing is good and my ears are health but with my symptoms he thinks my inner ear could be inflamed so he put me on a liquid prednisone (confirmed with the pharmacy that it is completely dairy free, finally something I can have! :D ) so I'll see if my symptoms clear up in the next week. Fingers crossed!
