yes this is very true anxiety has become a part of life...there is hardly anyone who is not anxious of anything....you just have to be a bit precautious for it...

Anxiety is indeed a very serious issue and could have adverse effect if unattended. There are many people in the world who aren't aware that they are affect by this disorder. Though you many feel that this is not such a big issue that you should be consulting a doctor then you should be ready to face some worst days of your life. There are plenty of cases which grew with the time but remained unattended and later on had to face the consequences. I would suggest you to consult a doctor and take the medications.
